Madagascar Vanilla™
Sunshine Rooibos Sangria

  1. Combine 2 cups (500 mL) Europe's Best Sun Inspirations Frozen Fruit Blend, 1/4 cup (60 mL) honey and 4 teabags of Celestial Seasonings® Madagascar Vanilla™ Rooibos in a large heatproof measure.
  2. Add 3 cups (750 mL) boiling water; stir well and let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags.
  4. Stir in 1 cup (250 mL) orange juice and chill completely.
  5. Serve sangria in stemmed glasses; garnish with additional frozen fruit, which also eliminates the need for any ice cubes.
    6. Makes 5 cups (1.25 L) punch (recipe doubles easily).

In Thailand, sweetened tea is traditionally enjoyed on ice, and condensed milk is poured over the beverage just before serving to give it flavor and a creamy appearance.
