Ingredients

2 tea bags Celestial Seasonings® Chamomile and Lavender
2 cups (500 mL) Europe’s Best® Berry Cherry Blend
1 cup (250 mL) Greek Gods® Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup (60 mL) honey

Directions

Bring 1 cup (250 mL) water to boil. Pour over tea bags; steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
In blender, purée tea, fruit, yogurt and honey until smooth.
Pour into 10 (1/3 cup/75 mL) ice pop molds. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.

Tips

For a refreshing twist, add chopped fresh mint to the mixture if desired.
